Bespoke furniture
Solid timber furniture, made to order.
Dining tables, beds, wardrobes, desks and storage in real oak, ash, SA pine and blackwood — chosen from established designs or drawn from scratch to fit your room exactly.

Our approach
Furniture built to be used every day, for years.
Every piece is made in real structural timber rather than veneered board, and finished with eco-friendly stains and seals that protect the surface and bring out the grain. Solid wood is strong, repairable and meant to last — furniture to keep, not replace.
Choose a piece from an established design and have it made in the timber and finish your room needs, or commission something new. A custom piece starts from a drawing specific to your brief; it is built to the same standard either way — the difference is the design step, not the quality of the build.
Dining & living
01 / 03
Dining tables
Built to the seat count and length the room calls for — including the extra-long tables a standard size cannot provide.

Coffee tables
Sized to your sofa and the clearance in front of it; lower and longer usually reads better than small and boxy.

TV units
Matched to the wall width and the equipment it holds, with drawers and cable routing that suit your set-up.

Seating
Chairs and benches, with benches made to an exact length — the foot of a bed, a hallway, a dining nook.
Bedroom
02 / 03
Beds
Solid wood and wood-and-steel beds, with headboard height, length and storage adjusted where a standard bed falls short.

Pedestals & side tables
Made to match the height of the bed, or sized to a particular chair, with the drawer count you need.

Wardrobes
Freestanding wardrobes built to fit an alcove or wall length exactly, in the same timber as the rest of the room.

Chests & cabinets
Chests of drawers, sideboards and server cabinets, proportioned for the room and the things they store.
Work & storage

Desks
Desks sized to the room, with drawers and cable management planned in — and cabinets to match.

Shelving & bookcases
Open shelving and bookcases built to a specific wall or alcove, and to the load they need to carry.

Storage drawer units
Long, low drawer units for dining rooms, living rooms and the less visible places storage is needed.

Home decor
Smaller timber pieces such as the decor ladder — for hanging throws and towels, or for display.
Materials
Four timbers, many finishes.
Timber is sourced responsibly — through alien-clearing programmes and managed forestry where possible — and combined with powder-coated steel for the wood-and-steel designs.
- Oak
- A dependable hardwood with a clear, even grain. Often clear-sealed to keep its natural colour.
- Ash
- Pale and fine-grained, suited to light Scandinavian and minimal rooms. Takes stain well.
- SA Pine
- Local plantation pine — warm, versatile and well suited to stained finishes.
- Blackwood
- A rich, darker timber, sourced through alien-clearing programmes where possible.
Finish options include
- Clear natural seal
- English oak stain
- Rich chestnut stain
- Clear natural oil
- Imbuia / walnut stain
- Blackwash / mocca
Design ranges
Eight design languages that work across a home.
Each range has its own construction language and proportions, and covers pieces for bedrooms, dining rooms, living rooms and workspaces — so a whole interior can be furnished without mixing unrelated styles.

Custom commissions
When a standard size will not do.
An oddly shaped room, an alcove, a non-standard seat count, a bed height to match. A small change to an existing design is usually a modest step in cost; a design from scratch costs more because it includes original drawing work.
- 01
Brief
Your room dimensions, how the piece will be used, and any reference images you have.
- 02
Drawing
A specific drawing for your piece, confirmed and signed off before anything is cut.
- 03
Timber & finish
Boards selected to suit the confirmed design and the finish you have chosen.
- 04
Making
Precision joinery, cutting and progressive sanding, then the finish is applied.
- 05
Quality review
Structure and finish are inspected before the piece is released.
- 06
Delivery
Delivered to you, ready for the room it was made for.
Before you commission
Four things worth checking.
- 01
Measure the route, not just the room
Check doorways, stairwells and corners a large piece needs to pass through — not only the spot where it will stand.
- 02
Leave room to move
Allow at least 70 cm between a table edge and a wall or other furniture; 80–90 cm is more comfortable at home, and 100 cm suits busy hospitality spaces.
- 03
See the finish in person
A stain reads differently on a screen than on real timber. Choose against a physical sample before confirming.
- 04
Get the drawing in writing
A verbal brief invites misunderstanding. Confirm a signed-off drawing before production starts.
Trade & hospitality
For designers, developers and hospitality projects.
Interior designers, architects, property developers, boutique hotels and lodges can commission furniture built to their drawings — including multi-room orders, with reinforced joinery and steel frames where a commercial setting calls for them. We work from architectural drawings, specification sheets or reference images.
